Our duties in relation these have involved the provision of assistance in recovery to the estate and representation of clients in court proceedings in cases where the debtor engaged in criminal conduct. Our ultimate aim is successful liquidation that delivers the best possible outcome to creditors.
Our consulting lawyer Matti Nenonen, LL.M. with bench training, has decades of experience in the administration of extensive bankruptcy estates. He has also authored articles on the management of estates and served for several years as chair of the Consultative Committee for Bankruptcy Matters, a body attached to the Office of the Bankruptcy Ombudsman.
